Based on the last 30 days (10-minute granularity). 'Degraded performance' counts toward availability; only partial and major outages reduce the number. 'Unknown' samples are excluded.

Degraded performance

Slowness or partial issues affecting some users.

Partial outage

Some features are unavailable.

Major outage

Widespread disruption affecting most users.

Planned maintenance

No maintenance scheduled.
